Returns and Exchanges
These require a return authorization (calling us for authorization is required) and a copy of your Invoice. Replacement or exchanges will be treated as a seperate order (you will be charged for the merchandise and a credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items). No returns or credits after 14 days.
Our return policy is as follows: If it is our error or a manufacturer defect:
Receive a full credit if received 1-10 days from date delivered. You may be asked to provide some documentation. Customer Error:
20% restocking charge & customer pays for return shipping to our location in Van Nuys, California.
Refunds under $25 are issued a credit memo unless you request otherwise (Memos are valid for 180 days)
Shipping:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Van Nuys, CA. Minimum orders are $10 not including shipping. If an order that is placed is smaller than $10, a small handling fee will be charged in addition to the purchase and shipping charges.
Explanation of free shipping offers:
Free shipping in the US with any $75 order. Excludes Alaska & Hawaii, clay, liquid gallon or larger containers and quantities of more than 15 tiles or more due to the weight. We determine the carrier and the service. However most of the time we use UPS or FED EX ground service. When entering your shipping information and provided you purchased over $75, it will give you an option for free shipping. Please choose this option.
